Spot sublimation is essentially the exact same as full dye sublimation except that designs are limited to certain sizes and locations. Spot sublimation usually occurs on “Pre Made” garments. This is most often used on white polyester shirts.
Full Sublimation process allows for incredibly detailed designs that can utilize every inch of the jersey from seam to seam on the front and back, including hems, sleeves, and collar. This is often referred to as full cut and sew dye sublimation.
