Privacy Policy
Effective October 8, 2026
Texas Custom Print ("we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit txcustomprint.com or contact us, how we use it, and the choices you have.
Information We Collect
When you request a quote, send us a message, or sign up for updates, we collect the information you choose to give us. That can include your name, email address, phone number, business or team name, project details, and any artwork or files you upload.
Like most websites, our site and hosting provider also collect basic technical information automatically, such as your browser type, device, pages visited, and the date and time of your visit. We use this to keep the site running and to understand how visitors use it.
How We Use Your Information
We use your information to respond to your questions, prepare quotes, produce and deliver your order, send order updates, and, if you sign up, share occasional news, offers, and printing tips. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.
We use the artwork and files you send only to quote and produce your project.
How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run our business, such as our website host, our online quote form provider, payment processors, and shipping carriers, and only as needed to serve you. We may also share information when required by law.
Cookies
Our website may use cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences and measure site traffic. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though some parts of the site may not work as intended.
Data Security & Retention
We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure. We keep your information only as long as we need it for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Your Choices
You can ask us to access, update, or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below.
Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we'll post the new version on this page and update the date at the top.
